Cadastre document
Property sketch or scheme online
Choose a sketch for land or a scheme for a separate unit such as an apartment. Request online, review the final price and deadline, and receive the document in your account. Ask our team if you are unsure which document you need.
Discuss your case- What the price covers
- One sketch or scheme for one cadastral object. An apartment, garage, building and land parcel may be separate objects requiring separate documents.
- Review and authorization
- Our team reviews every order, then sends the power of attorney for signing or requests identity verification first. Supporting files are uploaded securely from your account.
Times are working days after complete preparation. Our team clarifies the overall timeline for dependent procedures.

Who handles your order
The ImoHub team checks the supplied details, clarifies authorization and tracks submission to the relevant administration. The competent institution issues the official document.
Receive your documents in your protected account. See the privacy policy for details about personal data.
ImoHub helps prepare, request and receive documents. We do not replace the broker; when you work with one, they lead the client relationship and transaction. We are not a state or municipal authority, and this information is not individual legal advice.
Property sketch price and included services
The price for ordering a sketch or scheme through ImoHub appears beside each available delivery option above. It includes the described administrative assistance and standard official fees. It is the ImoHub service price, rather than only the cadastral authority fee.
Review the document, delivery option and total before payment. Cadastral record changes and unlisted services are separate. The team clarifies discrepancies before filing.
How long does a property sketch take?
Choose from the available standard or express options above. Compare the final price and working-day deadline. The deadline starts after the required details and applicable authorization have been received.
An express option, where offered, does not remove the need for complete data and does not bind the authority to issue a positive result. ImoHub time starts after the required information and applicable authorisation are received.
What information is needed for a property sketch or scheme?
The initial check uses the cadastral identifier where available, address, object type, applicant details and enough current information to select the property unambiguously. The exact set follows the official service and particular case rather than one immutable public checklist.
After payment, ImoHub requests only the necessary information through a protected route. Do not place personal identifiers on the public page. Incomplete, differently written or outdated details may require clarification before filing.
Property sketch validity and changes
AGCC explains that sketches and schemes issued by AGCC/SGCC remain valid until the property data changes. They do not automatically expire after six months, and the agency does not provide a revalidation service.
If you already have a sketch or scheme, check for changes to the cadastral records before ordering another. For municipal documents, check the specific service conditions.
Property sketch or apartment scheme - what is the difference?
A land parcel requires a sketch; a separate unit in a building, such as an apartment, requires a scheme. The document describes the property using cadastral records. Confirm the correct document for the object involved in your transaction.
A free cadastral map lookup does not issue an official sketch or scheme. Check which official document the notary, lender or other recipient requires.
Where is a property sketch issued?
The sketch or scheme is issued by the SGCC/AGCC where an approved cadastral map exists, and in the Registry Agency’s described case without an approved map for land, the competent municipality. Before filing, the exact service, competence for the property or person and current channel are checked instead of applying a generic form to an unrelated case.
The issuing authority decides whether the file is complete and what result can be provided. ImoHub follows the administrative order but cannot alter official criteria, source registers or the content of the issued document.
The ImoHub ordering process
The customer selects an available property sketch or scheme variant, reviews price, timeframe, scope and terms, then pays through protected checkout. After confirmation the team collects the minimum data and checks the applicable representation.
The application is prepared for the competent body, its administrative status is followed and supplementation requests are relayed. The process ends with the issued result or an explanation of why the service cannot proceed.
Receiving and checking the result
The result and status are provided through the protected route set for the order. Format and permitted delivery method depend on the issuing authority and selected channel; ImoHub does not unofficially transform official content.
After receipt, the customer checks names, property or person, period, purpose and other visible details. An apparent error should be reported promptly because an official correction can only follow the applicable administrative process.
When it may be needed
The sketch or scheme may be relevant when the transaction participant or applicable procedure must identify the property through current cadastral or municipal data. This is a starting point, not a universal rule for every sale, party or property type.
Confirm the actual document list with the notary, authority or another competent professional for the transaction. ImoHub does not determine the final legal requirement and does not present this document as sufficient on its own.
When it is not automatically needed
A new property sketch or scheme should not be ordered automatically where the purpose does not require a new document, or an existing document still matches the current data and is accepted by the recipient. Checking the purpose first avoids an unnecessary document and reduces the risk of requesting it for the wrong procedure.
This information is not legal, tax or notarial advice. A dispute about title, representation, the applicable procedure or transaction scope requires advice from a competent professional before an administrative order is placed.
Does the customer need a personal QES
An electronic route may have its own identification and signature rules. ImoHub neither states that every customer must use a personal QES nor promises that every case can finish without one.
A QES, NRA PIC and ImoHub’s own electronic signing journey are different mechanisms. Which one applies follows the official channel and representation. The customer should not buy a QES because of a broad marketing statement.
Reasons for delay or inability to issue
A wrong identifier, wrong document type, address mismatch or a change in cadastral data may require clarification before filing or a fresh application.
The competent body decides whether to issue the document. If the ImoHub-supported process cannot be used, the customer receives a clear explanation and the current order terms apply; a result is not promised in every factual situation.
Relationship to the Transaction package quick selection
The sketch or scheme joins tax assessment, encumbrance, family status and Article 87 in the Transaction package quick selection. These are five individual services at regular catalogue prices, without a discount.
Confirm the selected services against your transaction instructions. Remove unnecessary documents and choose available delivery options individually. The five-document selection is not a universal sale checklist and does not include legal review or services outside the catalogue.
Next step
If the need for property sketch or scheme is already confirmed, review the available variants and open the protected order summary. It repeats the catalogue price and timeframe, included actions and terms before payment.
If the need remains uncertain, use the seller guide and personalised questionnaire, then confirm the list with a competent professional. The public page does not collect personal numbers, addresses or document contents.
Official sources
Official sources explain the administrative requirements. Confirm the final list for your sale with your notary.
