Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to all users of the ImoHub platform - regular users, brokers and organisations.

It supplements the Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of them. By registering, the user confirms that they have read and accept this Policy.

When using the Platform, every user is guided by the following principles:

• Honesty - providing only true and up-to-date information.
• Respect - treating other users correctly.
• Legality - using the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Responsibility - being aware that published content concerns real people and real transactions.

The Platform may be used for:

• Searching and browsing property listings.
• Publishing listings by owners and authorised persons.
• Booking and conducting viewings.
• Communicating with brokers and agencies.
• Managing property transactions within the Platform's functionality.
• Using the AI Assistant for informational queries related to the property market and the Platform.

It is prohibited to publish or send:

• False, misleading or fraudulent information - regarding properties, prices, identity or qualifications.
• Offensive, obscene, discriminatory or unlawful content.
• Content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users.
• Content associated with fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Personal information of third parties without their consent.

When using the Platform, it is prohibited to:

• Impersonate another individual, organisation or professional without genuine credentials.
• Harass, threaten or insult other users through chat or by any other means.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Platform without explicit written consent.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the system or to other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform's software.
• Use the AI Assistant to generate fraudulent content or to share sensitive personal data (national ID, financial data, passwords).

Any user may report improper content or conduct via the "Report" button on the relevant listing or profile, or by sending a description of the violation to [email protected].

ImoHub reviews each report and takes action where a violation is established. Anonymous reports are accepted but are harder to investigate.

In the event of a breach of this Policy, ImoHub may take the following measures, proportionate to the severity of the breach, and is not bound to apply them in any particular order:

• Warning - for a first or minor breach.
• Temporary restriction of features.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account suspension - for serious or repeated breaches.
• Notification of the competent authorities - where there is evidence of a criminal offence.

The choice of measure is at ImoHub's sole discretion.

Where a measure is imposed, the user is notified by email, indicating the reasons and information on the appeal procedure under Section 14 of the Terms and Conditions.

ImoHub reserves the right to update this Policy. In the event of material changes, users are notified in accordance with the procedure provided in the Terms and Conditions.
