Quick selection of five documents
Transaction package
The Transaction package adds five individual documents: a tax assessment, sketch or scheme, encumbrance certificate, family status certificate and Article 87 certificate. The total is the sum of the current catalogue's individual prices, without a package discount. It is a quick selection, not a universal transaction checklist.
Discuss your case- What the price covers
- Quick selection for one person, not a universal checklist for every transaction. The sketch or scheme covers one object. You can remove a document or change its delivery option.
- Review and authorization
- Our team reviews every order, then sends the power of attorney for signing or requests identity verification first. Supporting files are uploaded securely from your account.
Times are working days after complete preparation. Our team clarifies the overall timeline for dependent procedures.
How to place your order
1. Choose a deadline
Use the standard or express button. Your selected document, delivery option and current price remain visible through sign-in and registration.
2. Sign in and review
Sign in or create an account. Complete the order details, review the scope and final price, then proceed to payment.
3. Prepare the documents
After confirmed payment, the team reviews your case. Upload requested supporting files in your account and follow the authorization and any identity-confirmation instructions. The deadline starts after complete preparation.
4. Receive the result
The team arranges submission to the institution and contacts you if clarification is needed. Receive the completed files in your account.

What the Transaction package adds
The Transaction package combines administrative assistance for five individual services in one order: a tax assessment, sketch or scheme, encumbrance certificate, family status certificate and Article 87 certificate. The initial selection uses standard delivery options, and the total comes from the current catalogue's regular individual prices.
This is not a separate product with a package price or discount. You can change the individual documents in your order. The quick selection is not an official or exhaustive transaction checklist and does not include legal review or services outside the catalogue. Confirm which documents are relevant to your case.
When family status is checked
A family status certificate may be needed to establish the seller's status when the property was acquired. This service is included in the five-document quick selection, but its relevance to your case must be checked separately.
Why the Article 87 certificate is a separate service
An Article 87 certificate is a separate NRA service. The official Article 264 check for a property transaction is performed between institutions and is not an application for an Article 87 certificate.
Official sources
Official sources explain the administrative requirements. Confirm the final list for your sale with your notary.
